Our breads are available Tuesday through Sunday starting at 11am until they sell out.  If you would like to guarantee bread for a certain day, due to the long fermentation times, we require a minimum of 3 days notice before your pick up date.

 

HOW TO STORE:  Our sourdoughs are best stored in a bread box, empty lidded pot, or under an inverted bowl.  When properly stored, these breads can last up to 6 days.  

Our yeasted breads (baguette & ciabatta) are best consumed within 24 hours.

Our flagship sourdough or "pain au levain," this loaf has an open, custardy crumb and a brittle and crackery crust.    Light and mild features a mild sourness and creamy, sweet wheat flavors.

At 45% whole wheat and 5% rye, this is our highest regular whole grain offering.  Dark and mild is grassy, nutty and denser and more sour than light and mild.  This sourdough has a caramelized crust that is both crunchy and chewy.

A seeded variation of our dark and mild, this bread sees the addition of millet, flax, pumpkin, and sunflower seeds.  It is also rolled in sesame seeds for an added depth of flavor and texture.

Semolina is a sesame-rolled italian sourdough.  The crumb is clean and sweet against the nutty and rich crust.  Its sourness is quite subdued from the addition of oil and sesame seeds, which lend a luxurious pop of textures and flavors.

Grassy and sweet, our rye sourdough boasts an unmistakable aroma from the addition of caraway seeds.  It is a classic deli bread that warrants a softer and more delicate crumb from being baked in a pan.

A modern bakery staple, our baguette is crusty with an irregular and soft crumb.  Look for flavors of cream of wheat and popcorn.  Best enjoyed day of or next day.
