Positions at Union Loafers:
Sandwich Line & Prep
- hours (approx): 7am - 3pm 
- description/requirements: arrive promptly and ready to work for scheduled shifts, willingness to learn in a fast paced environment, maintain a clean work station, adhere to company presentation standards both personally and with product for guests, get along with a diverse staff 
Pizza Team
- hours (approx): 1:30pm - 9:30pm 
- description/requirements: arrive promptly and ready to work for scheduled shifts, willingness to learn in a fast paced environment, maintain a clean work station, adhere to company presentation standards both personally and with product for guests, get along with a diverse staff 
Bread Bakers
- hours (approx): several shifts ranging from 4am - 12pm, 6am - 2pm, 7am - 3pm 
- description/requirements: 
Wholesale Packer/Driver
- hours (approx): 8am - 2pm 
- description/requirements: 
- Packing up wholesale orders in a timely and accurate manner and delivering to our wholesale accounts on a daily basis 
Dishwasher
- hours (approx): 7am - 3pm 
- description/requirements: arrive promptly and ready to work for scheduled shifts, maintain a clean work station, efficiently wash and dry dishes for both production and service of food, communicate effectively with staff and management, work well with a diverse staff in tight quarters 
Servers/Bartenders
- hours (approx): 9am - 3:30pm, 4pm-10:30pm 
- description/requirements: 
- Punctuality, multitasking, attention to detail with an eye for both service and hospitality. Effective communication with guests and coworkers. Ability to maintain organization and composure in a high pressure environment. Willingness to learn detailed food and drink menu 
Host/FoH Support
- hours (approx): 7am - 3pm, 4pm-10:30pm 
- description/requirements: 
- Punctuality, multitasking, attention to detail with an eye for both service and hospitality. Perfect position for those with limited food and beverage experience, but are eager to learn. 
We’re also looking for prep chefs at our Commissary:
Prep Cook
- hours (approx): 7am - 3pm 
- description/requirements: arrive promptly and ready to work for scheduled shifts, follow directions from management and from written recipes, adhere to company standards for ingredients being prepared, maintain a clean work station, possess the ability to manage multiple prep tasks simultaneously
